SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Dear Customers,

We take customer service very seriously and do our best to make sure you get your goods as fast as possible.

Our team process orders between Monday to Saturday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 days of ordering and shipped the next work-day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Shipping Times

Shipping times will vary depending on your location, what item(s) you ordered and due to circumstances outside of our control, such as Customs, Weather, Strikes or Holiday Season.

Below is a general guideline for shipping times/ amounts. The shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed (except Priority Shipping Options). Custom, made-to-order items are created on-demand. A few days are required to carefully prepare your custom order before we ship it to you.

If your order hasn't arrived in the estimated delivery time, please email: support@ishopzee.com. Our Customer Care team will take care of it and respond within 24 hours from Mo-Fri.

Note: During peak, holiday season or certain restricted periods, please expect additional time to deliver your items.  This varies from country to country.

Important: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

Other Shipping Notes

  • For international orders (and in rare occasions, US orders), delays can occur in-transit or holds at the local customs office so it's possible to take up to 6 weeks for an order to be delivered.
  • Tracking information isn't available for every country and can delay in updates. Please refer to the estimated timetable above from your order date to find out when you can expect your order.
  • In most cases, there will NOT be any additional customs fees as such our customers don't have to pay anything extra apart from what you paid during purchase. In some specific cases depending on the product and certain regulations from local customs, there might be additional charge that customers have to bear in their local jurisdiction.
